How to remove a single luminaire?

After you manually removed a faulty luminaire on-site, you will notice that in the Vertex GUI this luminaire will be in a no communication state. Fix this using Remove or replace luminaire command in the Device list.

Instructions

1. Go to the [1] Device list section.

2. Mark devices you want to remove [2].

3. Click [3] Remove or replace device from actions list.

4. Select Remove [4] and confirm by clicking remove or replace 1 device [5].

5. To replace the luminaire select the Replace instead of Replace checkbox [6]. After performing this action following option will appear.

6. When Replace option is selected you will see list of luminaires to be replaced [7]. After selection below the dialogue box you can see MAC address and DALI bus of the vertex which the luminaire is assigned to.

7. After clicking Remove or replace device luminaire should be removed or replaced.
