Time synchronization

Make sure that your Vertex controller has the correct time using time settings. You can synchronize time manually or use an NTP server.

Instructions for manual synchronization

  1. Go to the Settings and select the time settings at the top.

  2. Choose proper time zone and select Synchronize. This will synchronize the time on Vertex with the time on your computer.

Instructions for NTP synchronization

  1. Go to the Settings and select the time settings at the top.

  2. Enable NTP

  3. Choose the frequency you want your Vertex to synchronize - by default it is every 10 minutes.

  4. Enter the NTP server link.

  5. Save settings
