Make sure that you've completed the previous step: How to get into Vertex UI?
Downgrading system is not recommended. Uploading the older firmware packages might cause failures such as:
Losing configuration data
Changing logic of operation (NodeRED flows)
Bricking the application controller
Deppending on what software version you are on currently and software version you want to update to choose the drop down box and folow instructions.
