System status messages
The list of messages you may see in the UI, possible causes and actions you should take to resolve them.

Lamp failure | A problem with the light source | Check the light source |
Short circuit | Short circuit on load - over 100% of nominal load | Remove short circuit or decrease load |
Open circuit | Open circuit - 0% of load detected - the light source probably disconnected | Reconnect or replace the light source |
Load decrease | Decrease of load detected - the LED source is partially defected | Fix or replace the light source |
Load increase | Increase of load Detected - the LED source is partially defected or a new light source is connected | Fix or replace the light source |
Current protector active | Active current protection - load anomaly detected | Check the actual load of this driver |
Thermal shutdown | Temperature too high - luminaire is turned off | Cool the luminaire and prepare better temperature conditions for this device |
Thermal overload with light level reduction | Temperature too high - the power of the luminaire is reduced - if the temperature keeps rising, thermal shutdown may occur | Cool the luminaire and prepare better temperature conditions |
Reference measurement failed | Incorrect configuration of the luminaire (manufacturing defect) | Replace the luminaire |
Circuit failure | Problem with the emergency module | Replace the emergency module |
Battery duration failure | Battery operation is enabled but the battery backup duration time is below the minimum value | Replace the battery |
Battery failure | Battery short-circuit, disconnection or battery defected | Replace the battery |

DALI Devices Discovery Error Dali Point does not discover new DALI devices | Vertex detects an unaddressed device on the bus, but after an addressing attempt, the device continues to respond as unaddressed. Replace the luminaire power supply or ensure proper power supply operation. |

Communication Error Communication Error detected | Check for any visible damage to the DALI bus wiring and restart the Vertex controller. If the issue persists, contact your LMS sales representative. |
Current Overflow Error Current is greater than 230mA on port | Reduce the number of devices so that the maximum current does not exceed the allowed limit. |
Fuse Error Fuse Error Detected | Contact your LMS sales representative. |
Port 230V Error Voltage with value of 230V detected on port | Check the installation to locate the 230 V connection point. |
DALI Addresses Overload Error Too many DALI devices detected on port | Reduce the number of devices so that the maximum number of addresses does not exceed the allowed limit. |

Short Circuit Error Short Circuit Error detected | Check the installation to locate the short circuit. |
Temperature Too High Error Detected that temperature is too high on port | Check the ambient temperature and make sure it does not exceed the allowed limit. Reduce the number of devices on this port. |
Update Failed Error Problem with Dali Point updating | Run the update again. If the issue persists, contact your LMS sales representative. |
Low Disk Space Data partition free space is critically low. Free up space to avoid system issues | Perform a factory reset. If the issue persists, contact your LMS sales representative. |
Log Write Failure Failed to save logs to disk. The data partition may be full or read-only | Restart the device. If the issue persists, contact your LMS sales representative. |
Vertex Disconnected Problem with connecting to vertex | No communication. Check the power supply and the LAN connection. |
Low Disk Space Warning Data partition free space is running low. Consider freeing up space | No action is required. However, if the percentage value drops rapidly over time, contact your LMS sales representative. |
Non-normative frame timing detected Detected non-normative DALI frame timing on some of the devices. Consider replacing them with devices following DALI standard | Check the quality of the connected devices. |
Backup devices failures | Check for warnings reported by other Vertex controllers. |
