Using Track to find Misplaced Devices
The commissioning software has a function to help you to locate devices which you cannot identify when pressing Find.
Identifing potential misplaced devices
Hold the DONGLE close to the luminaire you’re trying to identify
Tap Luminaires [1] > Locate [2] > Track [3]
Luminaires will appear in the Find Box as follows [4].
Each luminaire in the find box will show the following results:
Result | Icon Example | Description and action |
No Box Around Device | New, un-commissioned light. | |
Red Box Around Device | Light has been found on a different drawing. Tap the light and a message will be displayed which will show you which drawing it’s on. | |
Orange Box Around Device | Light is on the drawing you have currently selected. Tap the light to highlight it on the drawing. |
Identifying overlapped devices
When moving devices around or adding new devices to the drawing, it’s possible to accidentally overlap two devices.
If this happens a red square will appear around the fittings.
Tap on the device to show the following message [5]
To remove the overlapped fitting tap and hold the device and drag one to another location on the drawing and then reposition both as required.
