This documentation applies to the E2D system using VERTEX 2 & 3 with CLASSIC UI and software versions up to 3.1.29. If you have VERTEX 3 with software version 3.1.30 or higher, go to Glamox Ethernet2DALI

(Classic) System backup - creating

Backups are available for software version 3.1.22 or later.

  1. Go to Settings section in Vertex GUI.

2. Login using your admin password if needed.

3. Scroll down to Backups section and click the “Create Backup” button.

4. Wait for a backup creation - it may take several minutes. Waiting time depends on how big is your system. After backup creation, file will be automatically downloaded by your browser.
