⚙ Troubleshooting

Occurrence likelihood: High

Severity: Low

Symptoms: After supplying the Vertex 3, the SSID from the WiFi card is not visible (see Quick start)

Couse: A bug in 3.0 and 3.1 firmware versions.

Temporary solution: Plug the ethernet cable to enable SSID. Use the ethernet cable to connect with your device.

Direct solution: The bug will be fixed in the new firmware version.
