3c. Checking the firmware version

Check the sensor software version and update to the latest one (if available).

  1. Select the sensor’s name.

2. Select “UPDATE”.


New features and fixes are added systematically. You can check the details of each firmware version in the Release notes.

2.0.21 Firmware Update Instructions

Updating the firmware of your sensor is crucial for ensuring optimal performance and accessing the latest features. This guide will walk you through the necessary steps to update sensor's firmware from version 1.X.X to the latest version 2.0.21. Please note that firmware version 2.0.20 must be installed before updating to 2.0.21. Additionally, once the update to version 2.0.21 is complete, downgrading to previous versions will not be possible.

 

Instructions:

  1. Check Current Firmware Version → 3c. Checking the firmware version

  2. Download the Firmware Files → Firmware Release notes

  3. Update to Firmware Version 2.0.20

  4. Verify Successful Update to 2.0.20

  5. Update to Firmware Version 2.0.21

  6. After updating to version 2.0.21, verify that the firmware update was successful. Test the sensor's functionality to ensure that it is operating as expected.

 

Once the sensor is running firmware version 2.0.21, it is not possible to downgrade to a previous version.

Avoid power interruptions or turning off the sensor during the update process.
