• Multiple DALI drivers in one luminaire can be identified separately in reports (especially useful for device type 1 and 6 diferentiation).

This update adds notification messages from Access Points to commissioning tablets for Generation 3 firmware updates, introduces a new library for G3 firmware, and supports Emergency DALI schedules along with improved communication metrics and export logic. It also significantly reduces MQTT login time and includes fixes to prevent Access Point reboots and incorrect firmware targeting for Generation 4 devices.

Fixes

• Fix to reduce Access Point reboots during an MQTT communication error.

• Access point accidently tried to load Generation 4 firmware but has been fixed to not target any Generation 4 firmware at the moment. This is currently not possible due to Generation 4 firmware file size.

This package introduces new commissioning capabilities, allowing emergency scheduling directly from the Access Point. Additionally, when a Kinetic Switch scene sets a level below the programmed Standby Level, that Scene Level will now persist during both Fade and Hold phases.

• BETA: WR-G4 is now equiped with additional functions of commissioning.

• If a Kinetic Switch scene recalls a level which is lower than the programmed Standby Level, then the Scene Level will be retained during Fade and Hold.

Fixes

• The Dongle will no longer enter sleep mode when powered on. This is particularly important when the tablet “Panel” mode is used, where uninterrupted communication is expected.

Improvements

• Daylight control now reacts differently when using Kinetic Switches:

  • Button 1 (short press) keeps daylight control active (Rank 5)

  • Buttons 2, 3 and 4 and manual dimming will disable daylight until the light turns off (Rank 8)

• WR-G4 now supports DALI-2 bridge aloowing for connection with Lunatone DALI multisensors.

• Added option to use sensor-up in tablet app with CPW2-SEN, this function is for special cases with strong natural light.

Fixes

• When no emergency module is connected to CPW2-SEN blinking of LED in sensor will not occur.

• Fixed issue with invert PIR function not working when connected to Kinetic Switch or Bridge.

This update ensures performance enhancements and code optimization, while also ensuring communication with future components.

In this version, DALI driver conut has been fixed and a new Central Battery System failsafe feature has be introduced.
