Ethernet switches can be used to expand your LAN network. They can be used to easily connect multiple Vertex controllers to create a group or cluster. This product does not require an external power supply.

  • LED indication

    • Power (red): Indicates that the Device is connected to a power supply.

    • Activity (green steady): Indicates that there is an active Ethernet connection established between the Device and the connected network or device. Data can be transmitted and received without issues.

    • Activity (green flashing): Indicates data traffic. Data are transmitted or received over the Ethernet connection.

    • Link (amber): There is an Ethernet connection between the Device and your computer or router. It means that an Ethernet cable is plugged in and transfers a signal.
