Service Access
If you would like to enable service access to your Glamox Connect installation, you can activate it for a specified period of time. Once access has been granted, the service team will have access to all the elements to which the installation administrator has access. To activate service access, follow the instructions below.
In the upper right corner, select Settings [1] and choose Site [2] from the menu.

In the next step, select User Management [3] and on the right side above the users, there is a Support Access box [4] - this is where you can activate it.

Then you can specify the end date for the service access [5] after which the service team will loose the ability to Glamox Connect to the system.
