Checking the communication between Node-RED and Vertex GUI
Log in to the Node-RED.
Check the connection status of all the nodes. They should have green squares with Connected status below.
Check if they have a red square below. If so, the communication between Node-RED and Vertex is broken. You won’t be able to find devices in the DALI2 devs node.
4. Reboot the Vertex controller. Read this instruction if you’re not sure how to do that 6 5. Rebooting the Vertex.
5. Now the communication should be back and you see the list of connected DALI-2 devices in the DALI2 devs (or DALI2 devs common) node.
