Sometimes, there might be a situation that devices won’t be properly read and addressed by the Vertex controller. By clearing the devices on the bus(es) you can resolve these issues.
Instructions
Log in as an administrator to the Vertex GUI.
Go to the Devices/Groups section and then select Settings.
Select the Vertex/Port tab and choose ports on which you want to clear devices.
4. Select Clear devices action from the panel below. Then confirm your selection in a window with Run.

Clearing devices may take a while, usually about 30 seconds. After this operation, the Vertex controller will again find and address finds the devices connected to the DALI port again and assigns new addresses to them. This may take several minutes. |
