Wireless Radio is based on 868 MHz frequency. The advantages of using this frequency is the long communication range and the fact that it is more resistant to metal environments.
The system does not interfere with the operation of other industrial devices on the 868 MHz frequency (industrial cranes, automatic doors etc.).
Wireless Radio 868 MHz devices are covered by a standard: ETSI 300-220. This means that they can co-exist without interfering with each other. Each of our devices is a standalone 868 MHz which has to not interfere with the other ones. Adding a garage door opener, or a crane, is no different to adding another light. This assumes that all 868MHz devices comply with The Standard.
If the customer has cranes which operate on a NON-Compliant 868 MHz system then of course you could have a problem. The situation is the same with 2.4 GHz. Wifi devices can co-exist with other WiFi devices, and Bluetooth, and Zigbee, and BLE, provided that they all comply with their relevant standards.
