If you start the Ethernet2DALI (E2D) system for the first time, please follow the instructions below. Here you will find a link to the Vertex Firestarter configuration application, create a WiFi network and connect the Vertex controller to it.

Connecting the Vertex to the network

  1. Download the Vertex Firestarter app according to the your mobile system and install it:

  2. Take the WiFi card from the box. Insert the WiFi card into the USB port on the VERTEX front panel.

  3. Turn off and then turn on the power supply.

  4. Connect to the network. SSID and the password are given below (document with Wi-Fi access parameters is attached to the kit)

SSID: VERTEX_XXXXXXXXYYYY 
where XXXXXXXYYYY is the VERTEX's serial number


PASSWORD: XXXXXXXX - first 8 characters of the serial number

  1. Run the VERTEX Firestarter application on your smartphone and perform the configuration.
