Report a claim
Add the order to a Site/Object
You can filter your list view between “view all” and “Approved”.
Request changes
You can request changes on item quantity and wish date for your order and a case is automatically created when clicking the “request changes” button.
You can also add a note with additional information, this note will be seen in the “Description Information → description field of the case in Salesforce.

Note that only existing documentation from the web are available for download. Some items may not have all the documentation.
