In the Inside an Order view you can:

  • Request changes

  • Download Product documentation

  • Report a claim

  • Add the order to a Site/Object

You can filter your list view between “view all” and “Approved”.

Request changes

By clicking the “request changes” button, you can request changes on item quantity and wish date for your order.

You can also add a note with additional information, this note will be seen in the “Description Information → description field of the case in Salesforce.

If you click on it it will direct you to a link with shipment information

When you click on a particular line, a summary of the selected product will appear in the upper right corner. Here, you can view advanced specifications and access the Data Sheet.

For Norway invoices come without price?
