Giving feedback is an important contribution to help make the Glamox Customer Portal better. Here is a guide in how you can submit your feedback.

How to give feedback

1️⃣ To give us your feedback look for this button on the bottom left corner.

There are two types of feedback categories you can choose from, as shown in the picture below. However all feedback is welcome.

2️⃣ After you have clicked on one of the green feedback options, you will see a text box where you have to fill inn your feedback. In addition, there is an option for you to upload an image from your files to further express your feedback. Simply click “Browse to upload”, then select the image you want to upload.

The file name of your selected image is shown below the text box within the light blue field, as shown in the image below.

If you have selected the wrong image, click the trash icon to delete it. Then, repeat step 2 to choose the correct image.

3️⃣ Ensure you are satisfied with your feedback, then click the “send” button. Please note, the “send button” will only be activated once you have entered text in the feedback field. The button will be green when it is activated.

These minor changes can significantly enhance the user experience making the platform more intuitive and enjoyable to use. Furthermore, new features can be moderate additions such as offering a dark mode to enhance accessibility and reduce eye strain for users.

A bug on a website refers to an error, flaw, or unintended behavior that occurs within the website's functionality.

Examples of bugs:

  • Button may not perform the expected action when clicked.

  • Elements on the website may not appear correctly or may overlap improperly, leading to a distorted layout.

  • The website may run slower than usual or experience delays in loading pages and content.

  • The website may not work properly on certain web browsers, devices, or operating systems.
