The Commissioning App after opening for the first time does not respond, there are a few permissions you need to turn on.

Step by step instruction

  1. Go to the tablet settings.

  2. Make sure ‘Flight Mode’ is not enabled.

  3. Make sure 'Bluetooth' is enabled.

  1. Click on ‘More Connection Settings’ and enable ‘Nearby Device Scanning’.

  1. Go to ‘Locations’ and make sure it is enabled.

  2. Click on ‘Location Services’ and make sure 'Bluetooth Scanning' is enabled.

  1. Go to ‘Apps’ and find the ‘LiteIP Control’ app.

  2. Make sure Notifications is allowed and all permissions (Location, Nearby Devices and Notifications is allowed).
