You can filter your list view between View All and Approved.
Request Changes
You can request changes to the item quantity and requested date for your order, and a case will automatically be created when you click the "Request Changes" button.
You can also add a note with additional information, this note will be visible in the "Description Information → Description field of the case in Salesforce.
