To download an existing project you must have project rights (Admin access level) to the SiteID.
Instructions
Make sure you have internet access to your tablet.
Select the SiteID [1] on the Luminaires page [2].
3. Enter the existing Postcode (Project reference) into the search bar in the server list and select Refresh List.
When there are spaces within the Postcode (Project reference), please use an underscore “_”.
4. You will then see the Postcode (Project reference) listed below with the project description (if one has been assigned). Select the project and then Restore from Cloud.
5. Select Yes to add the new Postcode (Project reference) to the tablet.
6. The project will then begin to download from the server (which can be seen in the white box below the server list). The Active Database in the top left corner will also be populated with the downloaded data. Please wait until the white box under the server list states Download Complete.
If the download fails, repeat the step of downloading the project to your tablet.
7. Select the newly downloaded Postcode (Project Reference) in the Tablet white dialog box to make it active on the tablet and you will then be able to begin commissioning.
