If you for some reason need to reset the Zigbee gateway locally (re-add to group, move group). Glamox Connect needs to know about this becuase of a secure connection between the gateway and the Glamox Connects' Access Point (AP).

It is no problem to reset the gateway locally. You can do this in two ways:
using the reset button inside the gateway
using the gateway software - if you have admin access
We recommend you do what is needed on the gateway first and then proceed to fix the connection to Glamox Connect. After the gateway is reset the connection will be lost and you will eventually get an fault in Glamox Connect.
On the Glamox Connect page open the Maintenance tab. The faulty gateway will be marked. You will be provided with an option to repair the connection. Click on “Repair connection”[1]. Allow some time for the system to reconnect and close the fault. When the fault closes the system will be healthy and connection restored.
