See how to synchronize groups for a specific luminaire. Do this when luminaires in a group cannot be controlled properly. For example, when only part of the designated luminaires has turned on.

Go to the Devices/Groups in the GUI and then select Settings.
In the Devices table, select the checkbox beside the luminaire (1), filter (2) to find the group or luminaires you want to synchronize.
Scroll down to the options panel at the bottom of the page.
Select Synchronize Groups option and select Run in the dialog box.
Select Confirm to run the synchronization.

Choose devices you want to synchronize (3), go to Actions (4) and choose Synchonize groups (5).

3. The synchronization is done and you will see the confirmation in the loweruper-right corner of the GUI. It may take a couple of minutes before you recieve the notification.
