3. Make sure that the software version is the same as version of Vertex you are replacing, if it is not then upgrade it using software file (3.1.22 or later).4. Scroll down to Backups In Backup section and upload the backup file by pressing “Select backup file” button and after choosing proper file “Send backup and restore data”.

5 4. Wait for the backup uploading - it may take several minutes. After backup uploading, Vertex will be automatically restarted to read new configuration.
