Backups are available for software version 3.1.22 or later.
Attention: Do not connect DALI buses into Vertex unit until backup uploading procedure is finished!
Go to Settings section in Vertex GUI.
2. Login using your admin password if needed.
3. Make sure that the software version is the same as version of Vertex you are replacing, if it is not then upgrade it using software file (3.1.22 or later).
4. Scroll down to Backups section and upload the backup file.
5. Wait for the backup uploading - it may take several minutes. After backup uploading, Vertex will be automatically restarted to read new configuration.
6. Use netconfig to set previous IP address.
7. Check if Vertex has restored DALI devices and groups properly.
