Clear the devices on the bus(es) to be sure they will be properly read and addressed by the Vertex controller. By clearing the devices on the bus(es) you prevent these problems.
Instructions
Log in as an administrator to the Vertex GUI.
Go to the Devices/Groups section and then select Settings.
Select the Vertex/Port tab and choose ports on which you want to clear devices.

Clearing devices may take a while, usually about 30 seconds. After this operation, the Vertex controller will finds again find and address addresses devices connected to the DALI port. This may take several minutes. |
