Log in as an administrator to the Vertex GUI.
Go to the Devices/Groups section and then select Settings.
Select the Vertex/Port tab and choose ports on which you want to clear devices.

4. Select Clear devices action from the panel below. Then select Run and confirm your selection in a the prompt window with Run.

Clearing devices may take a while, usually about 30 seconds. After this operation, the Vertex controller will again find and address devices connected to the DALI port. This may take several minutes. |
