  1. Log in as an administrator to the VERTEX GUI.

  2. Go to the Actions Groups sections and then select the Vertex/PortSettings tab.

  3. Select the Vertex/Port tab and choose ports on which you want to clear devices.

4. Select Clear devices action from the panel below. Then confirm your selection in a window with Run.

Clearing devices may take a while, usually about 30 seconds. After this operation, the VERTEX controller will again find and address devices connected to the DALI port. This may take several minutes.
