Sometimes, there might be a situation that devices won’t be properly read and addressed by the VERTEX controller. By clearing the devices on the bus(es) you can resolve these issues.
Instructions
Log in as administrator to the VERTEX GUI.
Go to Actions sections and then select the Vertex/Port.
Select the ports on which you want to clear devices.
4. Select Clear devices action from the panel below. Then confirm your selection in a window.

Clearing devices may take a while, usually about 30 seconds. After this operation, the VERTEX controller will again find and address devices connected to the DALI port. This may take several minutes. |
