The Bill Wholesaler module enables users to bill orders through a preferred wholesaler. With this feature activated, users can select from a list of wholesalers the account has interacted with in the past 12 months.

Stakeholder relation

All of the stakeholder relations marked with the Wholesaler role in Salesforce will be visible in the portal. Note that the account administrator is able to change commission for each wholesaler.

What happens in the Portal

When the Wholesaler module is correctly set up, the portal interface will display a section where users can enter key wholesaler-related details. This interface will ask users to:

Select a Wholesaler – Choose the appropriate wholesaler from the list. This list will be populated with Wholesalers the Account has had contact with the last 12 months.

Enter Bidder Project Number – Input the project number associated with the bid (shown as Project Number in the portal).

Enter Bidder Order Number – Input the order number associated with the bid (shown as Order Number in the portal).
