Glamox Connect Accesspoint
The Glamox Connect Accesspoint is protected by unique credentials for your device.
It is supplied with it’s own unique certificate to identify and ensure secure communitation with our cloud solution.
Communication
The security of our customers data is important to us as Glamox.
We take measures to ensure this by:
Encrypting all communication between your Glamox Connect accesspoint and cloud with industry level encryption. (At writing time, this is TLS 1.2.)
All accesspoint in the cloud is provided through protected AWS managed services. Security of those endpoints are handled by specialists at AWS.
Once data reaches the cloud, it is also isolated in private networks without public accessable servers or network appliances.
User management
User credentials for our solution are safely stored in our userpools. There is no way for a Glamox employee to get your credentials.
Glamox employees will never ask for your password!
