In Glamox Connect you have an issue handler to handle your faults. The faults will be displayed with the fault message received from the installation, as well as a short explanation and recommended action.

To view the faults in the floorplan to get exact location, press the Floorplan view link in the top right corner

You can set a status on the fault to prevent other people using time on a issue that has already been handled, for example if you have already ordered parts and scheduled a technician to fix the device. You can also assign the issue to a responsible person to let everyone know that this issue is being looked at by someone.

You can also add comments to the maintenance log to inform everyone on the progress, ask questions or simply to log maintenance work to the device that will be included in the reports.

For emergency devices you will in some cases have the possibility to run the test again. This can be close to real time for functional tests, but for duration tests these will be scheduled and the result will appear when test has been run again after the test timing of the device.
