Luminaire with pull cord functionality

Pull cord function is available for luminaires that have a CPW2-SEN and CSD=Cord Switch Dimmable in the sales text.

To commission a luminaire with pull cord you will need firmware version 6.12.10 or newer.

Step by step instructions

  1. Prepare two profiles:

    • A standard luminaire profile with PIR enabled and Pull Cord ticked.

    • A standard Kinetic Switch profile.

  1. In the Luminaires tab identify the luminaire.

  1. Configure luminaire to prepared profile and enable Kinetic Switch.

  2. Configure Kinetic Switch to prepared profile.

  3. Enter the linking tab and link from Kinetic Switch to luminaire.

  1. In the Scenes tab select Kinetic Switch and choose the two way switch.

  2. Configure scenes and Sync.

  1. Now your device should react to pull cord commands.
