Firmware version on Access Point

You can see the Access Points in the App, including the amount of devices responding and the Access Point firmware version.

Step by step instructions

  1. Click on the Bluetooth icon in the top left corner. An Interface connection box will apear.

  2. Select Online Interface, the Bluetooth icon will change. You can now see Access Points assigned to site.

Green Status - Access Point has connection to internet and can be updated

Red Status - Access Point is assigned to site, but can not be updated, please check internet connection to Access Point.

  1. Click Update to update Access Point firmware.

  1. Confirm update.

Minimal Access Point version from which you can update firmware is v80.18.0
