Design of myGlamox Customer Portal
The Glamox Customer Portal is designed to display valuable sales information from Salesforce, production information from LN, and product documentation from InRiver. Moreover, together with your customer you’ll be provided with an in-depth view showcasing all placed orders, complete with information like order ID, customer reference, position details, delivery status, product descriptions and product sheets.
Structure
The Portal has four main pages, depending on your account's module layout. You can navigate to any of the pages by clicking the corresponding icons on the left side of the screen. More information about each page is provided below:
Glamox Online Features
What are Glamox Online Features
The features in the portal are organized as modules. When a module is activated, it becomes fully interactive and is visible in the portal for user engagement. On the other hand, when a module is deactivated, it is no longer accessible, and users will not be able to interact with or see it in the portal. This system ensures that only the relevant, active modules are presented to users, improving both functionality and user experience. Available modules may evolve as the myGlamox Customer Portal develops. However, the following are the existing modules as of January 8th, 2025.
Sites & Objects
The Sites and Objects views are designed to provide an overview of the connected sites or objects associated with your account. A site will be visible when a client has an order and a quote connected to the site.
The Sites module is available for PBS accounts, while the Objects module is available for MOW accounts.
Projects
The Projects module allows users to create projects, which automatically generate an opportunity in Salesforce. Users can request quotes, place orders, and view the prices and availability of searched items.
Wholesaler
This module makes it possible to bill orders through wholesales.
All of the stakeholder relations marked with a Wholesaler role will be visible in myGlamox.
How to Activate Glamox Online Features
As of January 25th only Sales managers can activate these modules. Please contact your leader to discuss activating the modules for your customers.
Navigate to the Account profile
Click on the edit icon, and navigate to the Glamox Online Features boxes to choose preferred feature settings.
Choose the module(s) you want to activate for your account and click the blue “Save” button.
