(Classic) Exporting Node-RED flow

Sometimes you need to export Node-RED flows to other sites or send them to your colleagues. This is done in a similar way as importing Node-RED flows.

  1. Select the nodes that you want to export.

2. Go to Node-RED settings.

3. Select Export. You see now the following tab.

4. In the Clipboard tab, select the JSON tab, and then select Copy to clipboard.

 

5. Copy and save the exported flow as a .txt or JSON file. You will be able to import it later.
