How to setup integrated DALI emergency luminaires
1. Select the ‘Profiles’ tab [1]. Select/create the profile you wish use for the installed luminaires [2]. Enter the Components view [3].
Open the Emergency Module drop down list [4] and select the DALI module [1].
Remember to save changes!
Click Luminaires [2].
Select the device(s) on the drawing which has integral emergency.
Click Configure [3].
Select the light grey box next to ‘Emergency’ [4]
The the value ‘1' in the ‘Enter Emergnecy Test Group’ prompt box, Click 'Save’ [5].
In future updates, you will be able to seperate emergency testing groups which will benefit certain installed applications i.e hospitals.
The selected device will now be marked with 'E1' for emergency group 1.
Setting DALI Emergency Test Schedules
Click on the ‘Emergency’ tab
Click the emergency device twice so that the top left reads ‘Status --- Dali’ [6].
The device icon should turn green, if it doesn’t, then:
Double tap the device again if the device icon is orange (not able to read the DALI status)
Consult the test results if the device icon is red (fault)
To change the next function date, click the Next Function date [7].
To change the next funtion interval, click the Next Function days [8].
To change the next duration date, click the Next Duration date [9].
To change the next duration interval, click the Next Duration weeks. [10].
If the dates and intervals do not change after saving, re-enter the data again.
