Before commissioning emergency reports we recomend reading these articles:


Report Scheduler

It is possible to schedule the Emergency Report to be sent to nominated email addresses. The recepient of the report does not have to have an account. All Report Times are sent at GMT.

To enable the automatic report scheduling:

  1. Log in to the Dashboard and select Site Reports [1] → Report History [2].

  1. Select the blue drop down box [3] and select Emergency Status Report [4].

  2. Tick the ‘Enabled’ box [5], select the ‘Frequency’ of the report [6] and select the ‘At Time’ [7], at which the report will be sent out.

  1. Enter the recipients email address in the ‘Add to Contacts’ box [6] and click ‘Add to Contacts’ [7].The newly entered email address will appear in the Unused Contacts box.

  1. Drag and drop the recipient email address from ‘Unused Contacts’ to either the ‘TO’, ‘CC’ or ‘BBC’ box [8].

  2. Click ‘Save’ to save the changes made [9].

  3. To remove a recipient email address, drag the email address into the ‘Bin’ icon.

To ensure the recipient receives the email, send a one off report using the ‘Send Report Now’ feature.

If the recipient does not receive an email/report, pleae ask them to check their Spam/Junk folder and/or the network firewall.


Report History

Whenever a one off or scheduled report is sent, it is stored in the Report History page of the Dashboard and can be viewed or downloaded as an additional record.

  1. Click Site Reports [10] → Report History [11].

  2. Select the report you wish to view and download [12].

  3. To download the report, click the green down arrow [13].
