The High Runners feature aims to streamline the product selection process by highlighting the contact’s most frequently ordered products. By displaying the top 30 best-selling items from the past year, this feature helps users quickly access and add popular items to their projects without extensive searching.

High Runners improve efficiency by:

  • Reducing the time spent searching for commonly ordered products.

  • Increasing visibility for high-demand items helps users make faster, data-driven decisions.

  • Providing a personalized experience by showing products relevant to each customer based on their ordering history.

Criteria for a High Runner

  • The top 30 best-selling products in the High Runners section are identified by the number of times each item has been ordered, not by the quantity ordered in a single transaction. This means we focus on how frequently an item appears in orders rather than how many units were purchased simultaneously.

    For example:

    • If Product A was ordered 30 times across different orders (regardless of quantity per order), it will be counted as a High Runner.

    • In contrast, if Product B was ordered only once, even if that one order included 31 units, it would not be counted as a High Runner.

This approach highlights products customers often order over time, helping users quickly find the items they frequently need.

Only works for Finished Goods - FG.
