Emergency Report Access
To Access the Emergency Lighting Report:
Log in to the Dashboard (https://dashboard.liteip.com/).
Enter the desired Site ID in the drop down menu [1]
If you do not have the neccessary permissions contact your Sales representative for further support. If they are not available please contact lms.support@glamox.com
Select Site Reports [2] → Emergency Lighting Report [3]

Summary Page:
Page includes:
How many luminaires there are in total (emergency and non-emergency).
Emergency fittings are broken down into Fault types.
Results Page(s):
Page includes:
Detailed breakdown by drawing, with fault type.
Seperate result tables for DALI and Self-Test emergency luminaires.
Status Page:
Page includes:
Summary of the statuses which may be observed in the report.
Emergency Report Exporting
Click the download icon [1]
Select from a wide range of export files formats.
This will be stored locally to your laptop/PC/mobile.

Access
To Access the Emergency Lighting Report:
Login to the Dashboard and enter the desired post code in the top left of the screen.
Select Project Reports>Emergency Lighting Report
Report Contents
First Page - Summary
How many fittings there are in total, broken down into emergency and non emergency fittings
Emergency fittings are then broken down into Fault Type
Middle Pages
Provide a detailed breakdown by drawing, with fault type
Greyed out fittings are standard luminaires and green luminaire is the emergency luminaire being reported as healthy.
Final Page
Provides a summary of the statuses which may be observed in the report
Exporting
Use the menu at the top of the report to either print, print page or export electronically
Energy Reports
Luminaire energy usage can be viewed across the wireless installation
Energy Graph
Select Project Reports > Energy Graph
This will then give you the option to review 'All Drawings' or a specific drawing and over the period of the last 7 days, 12 weeks or 1 year.
Once Selected you can review usage
If 'Unoccupied' settings have been commissioned on your site, this screen will also show this graph

This can be exported using the dropdown menu in the top right of the screen
Annual Energy Report
Select Project Reports > Annual Energy Report
First Page - Summary
Total number of reporting fittings, their usage and Annual Usage. This will also be equated to £cost if the kwhr has been entered at the commissioning stage
Middle Pages
Provides a detailed breakdown with colour coding
Final Page provides a key
Exporting
Use the menu at the top of the report to either print, print page or export electronically
Report Scheduler
It is possible to schedule both the Emergency Report and Annual Energy Report to be sent to nominated email addresses.
Annual Energy Report and Emergency Report
Select Project Reports > Report Scheduler and then either Emergency Lighting Report or Annual Energy Report
Enable the report and select the frequency of receipt
Enter the required email address and click 'Add to Contacts'.
This will now be stored in the Unused Contacts Field
Repeat the process if you require more than one recipient
Now drag the email addresses into the 'To', 'CC' or 'BCC' boxes
Click Save in the Top Right Side of the Screen
Notes
Recipients do not need to be registered Dashboard Users to be able to receive reports.
All Report Times are sent at GMT.
Annual Energy Report and Emergency Report recipients must be set up individually.
Report History
Whenever a one off or scheduled report is sent, it is stored in the Report History Screen and can be viewed or downloaded as an additional record.
