Although the Vertex controller can work as a stand-alone system, connecting them to a LAN network (using NetConfig) is recommended. It makes the commissioning and monitoring process easier.
Connect to the Vertex with a mobile or PC. Then, use NetConfig to set up the network.

Connecting to the Vertex - mobile
Make sure that the USB Wi-Fi card is plugged into Vertex and that the mobile is in the Wi-Fi range.
Find the Wi-Fi and connect.
Enter http://172.24.1.1/netconfig (you can use the QR code).

Connecting to the Vertex - PC
Make sure that the USB Wi-Fi card is plugged into Vertex and that the your PC is in the Wi-Fi range.
2. Find the Wi-Fi and select Connect.
3. Select Connect using a security key instead.
4. Put in the 8 first digits of the MAC.
5. When connected to Vertex, in the web browser enter http://172.24.1.1/netconfig

Follow the step-by-step instructions in the interface. Remember to switch to an IPv4 in the top right corner of netconfig interface.
