Click the "Create User" button on the Contact page to onboard the contact to myGlamox.

This will trigger a welcome email to the contact’s email address (entered in the Contact Information section). The email will include instructions for setting up a password.

After the Customer has created a password, you will have the opportunity to can “Log in as User”.

Create password - link will only be valid within 48 hours after the mail was sent

Password requirements

  • Minimum password length: 12

  • Must include alpha and numeric characters

User password expires in 90 days
