We recommend using the latest version of the software (the highest number of version). They are released bi-weekly and include improvements and fixes. The latest version marked as OFFICIAL is currently being installed in the production process. Some versions are marked as HOTFIX - it means they contain an unplanned but important fix. |

You can only update the software version to a version for the same generation of Vertex. You cannot update e.g. Vertex 2.8.6053 software to 3.1.8 or conversely. |
