When Occupied
If there are no retriggers within a period of DayNightTimeOut multiplied by 3 then we switch to UnOccupied Mode.

If there were any retriggers in the period, we
increment a Counter.
If there were no retriggers, we then we decrement the
Counter.
If the Counter gets to 3 then we reset it and switch to
Occupied Mode.

Effects on Energy Savings
The effect on energy saving can be significant and can be viewed via the portal which splits energy use down between occupied and unoccupied mode.
If there were no ‘unoccupied settings’ applied on this site then the additional energy savings shown on the lower graph would not be able to be realised and the base level would remain as the red value on the top graph.
