Glamox Wireless Radio is based on the principle that all luminaires has the same rank in the in the network. There are no masters, or all are masters. From the system point of view all luminaire contains a luminaire controller and, if possible, a sensor.
The dynamic grouping makes the system flexible without limiting the installation to typical parameters as Number of groups or Number of devices belonging to a group.
The parameter that set some limitations for this system is related to the environmental conditions for wireless communication on the building site. In complex installations with steel ceiling structures etc. we recommend to add some Luminaire controllers to be used as repeaters in the installation.
