2. Make sure the LiteIP GWR device you wish to update has been found and placed on the postcode Site ID drawing. The Device Type will also need to be noted.

4. Click on the Bluetooth icon [1] and check if the DONGLE has firmware version 3.127 140 (or higher) [2].

5. Make sure you are on Click the Luminairestab [3] and select the Postcode (Project reference)Site ID [4].

6. Select Firmware [5].

7. Select Library [6].

8. Find and select the Device Type in the top left dialog box [7].

9. Find and select Load [8] on the correct firmware version you wish to use located in the bottom left dialog box.

10. The Firmware file will now be loaded into the Dongle DONGLE (this can be seen in the bottom right dialog box).

12. Select the Vmin value in the table and enter the Firmware version you require and click Save (in this example we will be using a Device Type 25 and Firmware version 5.023040).

13. Select the Vmax (this will now be shown as v9.999) value in the table and enter the Firmware version you require and click Save.

14. Once you have created your firmware rules, click Close [9]on the rule page and Close again on the Software Update page.

15. Click on the Luminairestab.

16. You will now see a RED Firmware value over the devices which you have set an update rule for.

17. Stand close to the LiteIP GWR device you wish to update, click on the device and select Updateupdate will automatically begin.

18. To verify the update has been completed, select the device again and look at the top left corner of the commissioning app to identify the new Firmware version [10].
