Instructions
Log into the Vertex GUI as an administrator.
Go to the Settings [1] section and then go to the Vertex cluster tab [2] . That’s where you will see the list of Vertex controllers within the cluster.
Select the Vertex you want to reboot, or reboot all Vertex controllers in the cluster by clicking Reboot all.

Click on the Actions [3]drop down list
Choose the Reboot button which you would like to reset. [4]

The controllers will then restart. This may take several minutes. After that, remember to check the status of the system. |
