To start using the Wireless Radio Tablet App, you need to create two accounts:

Every tablet used with the LiteIP Control App Wireless radio app must have its own (valid) Google account. This is normally created by the person who sets up the tablet from scratch.

4. Log in to your Google account on the tablet you wish to download the LiteIP Control App Wireless radio app on.

5. Go to the link from the welcome email: play.google.com/apps/testing/liteip.liteip3

6. Download and open the AppWireless radio app.

Note: Once you have a licensed Google account, your Portal administrator will need to create a LiteIP Tablet Account to allow authorisation of tablet use.

  1. Once the LiteIP Tablet Account has been created by a Wireless Radio accounts administrator, select the LiteIP Control App.

6. For the third box, click Select New Postcode.

7. A list of accessible postcodes will show up in the dialogue box to the right. Select yours.

You will now see two further pop-up boxes; the white box indicates all the projects you currently have downloaded on the tablet. For a new user, this will display as N0T 5ET, which means a postcode has not been set yet.

To set a postcode (project), enter the postcode in the grey popup box and click ‘Validate’. This will check the existing projects server database to see if there are any duplicates. Once checked, click ‘Register’ to add the postcode to the server. Then click ‘Download’ to download the postcode, along with pre-set profiles.

This will now allow you access to the LiteIP commissioning app.

If the LiteIP Account has not already been granted access to a specific project OR customer group by a Glamox Dashboard Account Userexiting postcodes, then enter the only postcode available will be ‘N01 5ET’ (the user will then be able to create a new postcode within the LiteIP Control App if the ‘Allow Project Creation’ box was ticked in step 3). However, if the user was assigned to an existing postcode or customer group, then all assigned postcodes will be available in the popup dialog boxexisting postcode into the grey popup box, click ‘Register’ (this will state that the postcode is already registered), then click ‘Download’.

8. Connect the LiteIP-Mate (DONGLE) on this screen OR you can do it in the App later on. Press the Go button on the right of the screen.

Google Account -> LiteIP Account -> Active Postcode

Google Account -> LiteIP Account -> LiteIP Mate

9. On the Tablet App, to get to the Login page, Click the Postcode on the Luminaires page. Now enter the missing details to connect to the LiteIP server:
