Why might this be necessary?
You have commissioned devices on simulated drawings and accurate plans become available.
You have commissioned devices on the incorrect drawing and need to move them to the correct drawing without having to start again.

It is strongly advised that you back up the tablet to the cloud and then turn off Uploading before cutting and pasting devices. There is no undo function if you make a mistake. |
If you make a mistake, download the original drawing and repeat the process.
Actions - Cutting
Ensure the new drawing is imported and ready to use.
Go to the drawing where you wish to move the devices from.
Select the devices you wish to Cut and Paste by tapping Luminaires > Locate and swiping over the group.

Long press ‘Delete xx Devices, this will change to Paste.
Actions - Pasting
Select the drawing you wish to Paste to.

Tap Paste > a message will show at the bottom of the screen ‘Tap drawing to Paste’.

When you tap the drawing it is recommended that you do this in an area which will show all of the devices on the screen i.e. the top left. |
If you tap in an area where the fittings will not all fit on the drawing i.e. bottom right then several devices will be missing from the drawing.

If you do this then the next time you go into the drawing this message will show and you need to ‘Re-find’ the devices.

Repeat the process for any additional devices. You can reposition devices on the new drawing by swiping over the devices and using the wheel in the bottom right of the screen.
Once you are happy that the devices are in the correct place on the correct drawing upload by turning on Uploading in Cloud control. This will overwrite previously uploaded drawings.
